At Noble Threads Hats, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items within 14 days of receipt for a refund or exchange.

  1. Returns Window: Returns must be initiated within 14 calendar days of the delivery date. Refunds or exchanges will not be processed for requests made after this period.

  2. Conditions for Eligibility:

    • Items must be unused, in their original condition, and include all tags, packaging, and proof of purchase.

    • Returns are subject to inspection. We reserve the right to deny refunds for items showing signs of wear, damage, or misuse.

  3. Non-Returnable Items:

    • Customized, personalized, or sale items are final and cannot be returned.

  4. Refund Process:

    • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days of approval.

    • Shipping costs for returns are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
